Your 20 digit SEGA code will be on an insert inside your packaging for Football Manager (PC/Mac).
Your purchase and SEGA redemption code entitles you to one copy of the game on one of the following platforms of your choice - Steam, Epic Games or Microsoft Store (FM23 PC Only).

The code in your box is for the FM code redemption website. Follow the on-screen instructions you’ll then be able to get a Steam/Epic/Microsoft Store activation key to allow you to activate your game.
Football Manager is not available for redemption or activation in Brazil.
