We all love an underdog and in Football Manager 2024, the best underdog stories are written when managing in non-league.

Across the UK, non-league football is where you’ll find an abundance of passion and enthusiasm. This goes from the dedicated volunteers helping out on matchdays to the avid fans behind the goal, supporting their team through thick and thin.

Whether you manage a team that recently dropped down from the EFL, or you step into the dugout at a club making their Vanarama National League South debut, starting a career in the lower divisions can deliver Football Manager memories to last a lifetime.

To celebrate Non-League Day on Saturday, 23rd March, we’re on the search for your best non-league management stories in FM24. Non-League Day is an annual tradition, started in 2010, that helps to promote the importance of affordable volunteer-led community football while giving fans across the country the chance to show support for their local side.

Maybe you’ve caused a major cup upset, just like Maidstone United earlier this season, or perhaps you’ve achieved multiple promotions and unprecedented success in Europe. Whatever your story, we want to hear about it.

We’ll select our 10 favourite save stories and highlight them in a future blog on the FM website and the FMFC Hub. The 10 winning entrants will also receive an FMFC 24 home shirt.
